Our website provides a 30-day return and exchange service.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can return it to us according to the following circumstances.

cancel order
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it cannot be cancelled and can only be returned after the goods have been received.

Product return
Our products cannot meet everyone’s needs, so if they are not entirely suitable for you, we accept returns.

Return period: within 30 days after the user receives the product
Return and exchange conditions:
-The wrong product was sent, or the product was damaged in transit
-The received product has quality problems (non-human deliberate destruction)
-The received product is not suitable for the application scenario (for example: model does not match, cannot be installed, product cannot work normally)
-The received product does not meet expectations (for example: purchased a green product, but received a red product)
If the above conditions are met, the customer has the right to apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product.

Return process
(1). To initiate a return or exchange, please send your order number, return reason and product picture to service@rowfuture.com to obtain a return authorization number.
(2). We will reply you within 2 working days whether you meet the return and exchange requirements.
(3). After receiving the return and exchange approval email, please mail the original package label within 2 working days. Then send us the logistics tracking number.
(4). After we receive the product, we will check the product. If there is no problem with the product, we will handle the return and exchange for you within 1-3 working days.

Return shipping fee
(1). If the goods are returned or exchanged due to delivery errors or product defects, the freight will be borne by the seller.
(2). If there is no problem with the product itself, because the buyer does not want it, the buyer will bear the freight.
(3). Unfortunately, we cannot send prepaid return shipping labels in all packages.
Use your own traceable and insured shipping method. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage of returned goods in transit.

Delayed or lost refund
If you have not received the refund, please check your Paypal again.
Then contact your PayPal, it usually takes some processing time before refund.
